Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before you can withdraw any associated winnings. It is sometimes expressed as a multiplier like ×10, ×15, or ×20.
Example: You claim a MYR 100 bonus with a ×20 wagering requirement. You must place bets totalling MYR 2,000 before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While using bonus funds, most platforms impose a per-bet cap to prevent rapid rollover abuse. Exceeding this limit can void your bonus entirely — always check before spinning high.
Example: Many platforms cap single bets at MYR 250–MYR 500 while a bonus is active. Placing a MYR 600 bet while using bonus funds may result in forfeiture.
Game Contribution Rate

Example: Sticky — you win RM 800 from a RM 100 sticky bonus. On withdrawal, RM 100 is removed; you receive RM 700. Non-sticky — the full RM 800 minus any cashout cap is yours.
Maximum Cash-Out Limit
Some bonuses cap the total amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. Anything above this ceiling is typically forfeited regardless of how much you have wagered.
Example: A welcome bonus has a maximum cash-out of MYR 688. Even if you build your balance to MYR 2,000 using that bonus, only MYR 688 of those winnings can be cashed out.
KYC Verification Before Withdrawal
Know Your Customer (KYC) checks are mandatory before your first withdrawal on most regulated platforms. This means submitting a copy of your government-issued ID and proof of address. It is a one-time process that protects both you and the platform.
