Welcome to kartutoto. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "Player", "User", "you") and kartutoto ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kartutoto.cam.

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the kartutoto website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional programmes, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Services. kartutoto reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time, with reasonable notice provided to Members via email or on-platform announcement. Continued use of the Services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall carry the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account with kartutoto, a Member must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be a natural person aged 21 years or above at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of kartutoto or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by kartutoto or any other recognised gambling operator.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

kartutoto conducts identity verification in accordance with its KYC procedures. Members may be required to submit government-issued identification (Malaysian IC, passport, or equivalent) and proof of address before any withdrawal is processed. kartutoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the kartutoto platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multi-accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username and password. kartutoto strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all Accounts. Members must notify kartutoto immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their Account or any suspected security breach.

kartutoto will not be held liable for any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain adequate account security, including loss arising from sharing credentials with third parties. Any activity conducted through a Member's Account — whether authorised by the Member or not — remains the Member's responsibility until kartutoto is formally notified of a security incident.

Members must keep their registered information current and accurate at all times. Changes to name, address, payment method, or contact details must be communicated to kartutoto's support team and may require supporting documentation for verification.

kartutoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Currently supported methods for Malaysian Members include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC-20, LTC). All MYR transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rates applicable to the payment channel.

5.1 Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are set out on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits must originate from a payment method held in the Member's own name. kartutoto does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited into a Member's Account will ordinarily be credited within minutes, subject to the payment provider's processing times.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following requirements:

• The Member's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and previously used for a deposit where technically required by the payment provider.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be completed before real-money funds associated with those bonuses may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits published on the Platform. Daily withdrawal limits vary by Account VIP tier.
• kartutoto reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, before releasing funds.

5.3 Processing Times. E-wallet withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost are ordinarily processed within 5–30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers via DuitNow and FPX typically complete within 1–4 hours on business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to on-chain confirmation times. kartutoto accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

kartutoto offers various promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free spins, and VIP-tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the Platform's cashier indicates otherwise.
• Standard wagering requirements range from ×10 to ×30 of the bonus amount before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• A maximum single-bet limit of MYR 500 applies when using Bonus Funds. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the entire Bonus balance.
• Slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette, typically contribute 10%–20%. Scratch cards and crash games may contribute at different rates — refer to the specific promotion page.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be assigned to another Member.
• Bonus expiry periods range from 7 to 30 days from the date of credit, as specified per promotion.
• kartutoto reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Abuse of Promotions. Any Member found to be exploiting promotional offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract value without genuine gameplay intent, or providing false information to claim bonuses — will have their Bonus Funds and any associated winnings forfeited. kartutoto may also suspend or permanently close such Accounts.

All games available on the kartutoto platform operate in accordance with the rules published for each game title. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, connectivity failures, or software bugs — during a game round, the round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Member's Balance at kartutoto's sole discretion.

kartutoto's games utilise certified random number generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for statistical fairness. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio facilities and are subject to the dealer studio's operational rules in conjunction with kartutoto's platform rules.

Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules published on the Platform at the time of the event. kartutoto reserves the right to void bets where odds were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, where the outcome of an event is determined to have been manipulated, or where the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded.

Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and all other sports market settlements are final once posted, subject to a formal dispute process as outlined in Section 12 of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kartutoto platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in the same or a different name.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Money laundering, structuring, or using the Platform for any purpose connected to the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, RNG weaknesses, or collusion to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play on the Platform without kartutoto's express written consent.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Abusing any kartutoto promotion through systematic exploitation, multi-accounting, or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with kartutoto staff or other Members.
• Any conduct that kartutoto reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity, reputation, or commercial interests of the Platform.

All content on the kartutoto platform — including but not limited to the kartutoto brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, software code, text, promotional materials, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive property of kartutoto or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Members to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without kartutoto's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of kartutoto's intellectual property — including scraping game data, reproducing promotional content, or reverse-engineering software — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

kartutoto provides the Platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kartutoto disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

kartutoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services — including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming session data resulting from technical malfunctions.

kartutoto's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits kartutoto's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. A Member may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting kartutoto's support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed and all bonus wagering requirements satisfied or forfeited. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.

11.2 kartutoto-Initiated Suspension or Termination. kartutoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute by the Member through their payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a law enforcement authority.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination, kartutoto will evaluate whether the Member's real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) is eligible for return. The outcome of this evaluation will be communicated to the Member within a reasonable timeframe.

In the event that a Member has a complaint or dispute arising from their use of the kartutoto platform, the following process applies:

1. First Contact — Live Support: The Member should first raise the matter with kartutoto's 24/7 live chat support team, providing their Account details and a clear description of the issue. Most queries are resolved at this stage within minutes.
2. Formal Complaint: If the issue is not resolved to the Member's satisfaction via live chat, a formal written complaint may be submitted to [email protected], with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username]". kartutoto will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a written response within 10 business days.
3. Escalation: Where the formal complaint process does not resolve the dispute, kartutoto will advise the Member of any further escalation options available under the applicable licensing framework at the time of the dispute.

kartutoto's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus settlements, and technical malfunctions — made in good faith and based on available evidence — are final and binding unless a clear factual or mathematical error is demonstrated.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kartutoto is incorporated and licensed, as applicable to the Platform's international operations.

kartutoto makes no representation that the Services are appropriate for use, or legally permitted, in any specific jurisdiction. Members are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their country or territory of residence, including Malaysia. kartutoto is not regulated by any Malaysian government authority, and accessing the Platform from Malaysia is at the Member's sole risk and responsibility.

kartutoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. kartutoto provides a range of responsible gambling tools available to all Members via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that the Member may set to control their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts to notify Members of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent self-exclusion options, effective within 24 hours of the Member's request.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time and net session activity.

kartutoto reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting the rights or obligations of Members — kartutoto will provide advance notice via email to the registered address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Where changes are minor — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or amendments necessitated by changes in applicable law — kartutoto may update the Terms with immediate effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who do not accept the amended Terms should cease using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Section 11.
